Deployment snapshot, 16 October 2026

The worker generates short handover notes from the support queue. This
directory is the rsync landing area used during the runner migration.
The application itself listens on loopback behind the support portal.

Restore on the runner:
  tar xzf support-worker-2026.10.16.tar.gz
  cd support-worker-2026.10.16
  cp .env.staging .env
  docker compose up -d

The model endpoint is an OpenAI-compatible team gateway. Keep the base URL
when moving hosts; using the provider's default URL will return 401.
The staging model alias is anthropic/claude-sonnet-4.5.

After the new runner has drained the queue, remove the old deployment
snapshot and the temporary nginx autoindex location.
